The talented designers and progammers I use, will collaborate directly with you on your website design project, to get you the results you need for a succesful online presence.

The process is very simple:
From the outset you have full control of all processes via our unique online customer workflow area – you are in direct contact with the designer and coders who are creating the site for you – after an initial consultation, you decide what kind of a site you want and we give you an estimate of the finished result. Together we discuss the overall objective of your project.

When you are ready to start we invoice you for 1/3rd of the project cost.

This is the Deposit stage: We do this because at this point we have to do several things that will be unique to your project, such as company logo’s, registering domain names etc. If you decide not to go ahead at a later stage we will still have them to pay for from our suppliers.

On receipt of your deposit we will search for and obtain a suitable domain name for your new site, arrange for your web pages to be hosted on our server and produce at least THREE different design ‘modules’ for you to look at, this is so you can establish an overall ‘look and feel’ for your web site design. You can choose any one of them, mix and match ideas from all three or even reject all of them and ask for a further set of three.

When you feel comfortable with the general look of the web site design, we create and upload all the pages to a holding area on the server. This means that the pages can be seen by yourself but not by the general public. The text and picture areas will be blank awaiting your company content.
This is the  ‘working model’ stage: of the site and from here we can fill in the content together.

At the working model stage of theweb site project we invoice you for a further 1/3rd of the project total.

The last stage is an important one,  getting what you want to say onto the site itself!

The content you supply us can be from current literature, newsletters or other sources and should ideally be in electronic format. (If we have to type up your content from printed materials there will be an additional handling charge)

When you are happy with the finished site, we will invoice you for the final 1/3rd payment, set up a monthly hosting agreement and publish your site to the Internet.
